As a serial SOULpreneur, you name it…I’ve done it! And I’m not hiding any of it.
I’ve been a travel writer, a Spanish teacher, a nutritionist, a v / gf personal chef, a caterer, and an astrologer. When I’m not running my SOULpreneur business, I’m teaching vinyasa yoga and welcoming women just like you to Attune + Align podcast.
I’m a Master Manifester, and I bet you are, too.
I never hide any of the various iterations of my passions, because they’re all part of my unique cosmic journey. Through it all, I’ve been there from the very beginning to help others express themselves, nourish themselves, and show up with strength, fire, and love in their wholehearted lives.

Hear from the nutritional and Ayurvedic experts in our group…what should we eat as spring approaches…according to our dosha or individual constitution?
APRIL: LET’S GET HANDS ON
This group is teeming with bodyworkers…and we have questions. What is cranio-sacral therapy? What acupressure points do we activate in April? Will someone put their hand in my mouth please and massage my jaw? Kidding not kidding!
MAY: MARKETING WITH MARISA

Nope! So far it’s looking like a lot of the group is based in Novato, with SOULpreneurs driving in from other parts of Marin and the SF Bay Area. It’s about time Novato had something cool like this tho 🤩
