As a serial SOULpreneur, you name it…I’ve done it! And I’m not hiding any of it.
I’ve been a travel writer, a Spanish teacher, a nutritionist, a v / gf personal chef, a caterer, and an astrologer. These days, when I’m not running my marketing business, I’m teaching vinyasa yoga or welcoming women just like you to Attune + Align podcast.
I’m a Master Manifester, and I bet you are, too.
I never hide any of the various iterations of my passions, because they’re all part of my unique cosmic journey. Through it all, I’ve been there from the very beginning to help others express themselves, nourish themselves, and show up with strength, fire, and love in their wholehearted lives.

Pick a book…any book from my SOULpreneur reading list From road-tripping with Elizabeth Gilbert, to future-tripping with Tara Mohr, to soul-tripping with Gabrielle Bernstein, you’ll find something that’s equal parts business and equal parts woo woo…and sure to inspire you throughout our journey together. We’ll dive right into drafting your North Star document together, and you’ll add to it throughout the journey.
WEEK 2 BRANDING
We’ll take a deep dive into your website to see where you’re looking to make some brand refreshes, or if you’re ready dive into the world of websites for the first time! We’ll talk logos, color palettes, font pairings, brand photography…all of it.
WEEK 3 CANVA
Your North Star document will spark some inspiration for lead magnets, freebies, and Instagram posts. You get access to Marisa’s templates every step of the way.
WEEK 4 FLODESK
We’re setting up your brand kit in Flodesk, writing your newsletter welcome series, and setting up the workflows that link to your various lead magnets and opt-in forms.
WEEK 5 ARTIST’S DATE + SOULpreneur SELF-CARE
No Zoom this week. We pause your SOULpreneur journey for you to go out into the wild and treat yourself to an Artist's Date…Julia Cameron-style. It’s time for sacred SOULpreneur self-care. You’re at the spa, you’re on the massage table. You’re in the yoga class…for these appointments you’ve booked weeks in advance.
WEEK 6 PRICING, PACKAGING, and SELLING
Learn my 30% rule, learn when to sell single sessions versus packages, and clarify what you would offer in your own VIP Day. For those of you planning events and retreats, I’ll share my templates for tracking your expenses, along with guide posts for the various phases of event planning.
WEEK 7 CLIENT MANAGEMENT and CONTRACTS
HoneyBook deep dive! Explore templates that guide your prospective clients step-by-step from proposal…to purchase.
WEEK 8 Actualization Week
Whether you’re pulling it off, or doing a mini-test, you are showing up in the real world with some iteration of your offer. IE You’re hosting a book club, teaching your first cooking demo, offering your first office hour, or teaching a yoga class.

Explore examples of website privacy policies and terms of use, along with making sure you have the right insurance for the services and experiences you offer.
WEEK 10 MONEY MANAGEMENT
Get your financial ducks in a row with QuickBooks Online, and connect with a bookkeeper (I can help you find one!) to make the right choices for checking accounts, credit cards, and more. Venmo is not an accepted form of payment in your business ; )
WEEK 11 Implementation Week
No Zoom this week. This is the week you pretend you don’t have a coach. You’re flying solo and spreading your wings. Sit in the driver’s seat of your new habits. Don’t worry, we’ll wrap up next week with a tune-up.
WEEK 12 FOLLOW YOUR NORTH STAR
Week 12 is not the end of your journey…it’s the beginning. We’ll walk through the second half of your progress report and apply our final edits to your SOULpreneur’s North Star document…and then your journey truly begins.

In the first half of the program, Zoom sessions typically start with meditation, breath work, journaling, and intention-setting, followed by big picture envisioning techniques such as mood boarding, action-mapping, or outlining. The second half of the program leans more technical, with the potential for entire sessions devoted to your Flodesk newsletter, your Canva designs, and your Squarespace website build. You’ll have 10x hour long Zooms with Marisa. In addition, most women spend 2 hours each week on homework, SOULpreneur reading, and practices to stay inspired.

While we cannot guarantee any specific results from SOULpreneur coaching, we most typically see clients launch a website (or refresh a website) during or shortly after the 12-week experience. Clients get into a regular cadence of connecting with their audiences on newsletter and socials. Results will vary based on your personal goals for SOULpreneur coaching, such as clarifying your mission and vision, setting your packages and pricing, ideating your signature course, or launching a podcast.
